POP LIVE takes place at MERIDIAN SHOWGROUND

After the successful launch of POP-Live in 2021, it returns again to The Meridian Showground in Cleethorpes for a 2022 summer show that is promised to be even bigger and better.

Last year’s launch event saw 2,000 people wowed by the production and the performances from the likes of Pixie Lott, Gareth Gates, Five, East 17 and Radio 1 DJ Scott Mills.

2022 sees POP-Live taking place on Friday 17th June the day before the hugely popular Gathering Festival (also the promoters of Pop Live), making this once again the largest weekend of the year for live music in the North East Lincs region. Pop Live will offer a full-on concert experience but with a festival vibe and this year’s Headlining artists include: 

Much Hyped Atomic Kitten fresh off the success of their Euros 2021 theme tune & soon to embark on a national arena tour with Blue pit stop in Cleethorpes. Natasha & Liz from the band will be performing their huge hits including Whole Again and The Tide is High. Joining them are S-Club Allstars featuring Bradley & Tina from S-Club 7 & Stacey from S-Club Juniors who will be singing the likes of Reach, Bring It All Back and Don’t Stop Moving to name but a few. UK Urban Pop megastar Tinchy Stryder will be on stage performing his chart topping tracks Number 1 and Never Leave You while Pop Idol sensation Gareth Gates is back by popular demand after his fantastic performance last year.

Supporting the headliners on the main stage are 3 of the UKs finest tribute acts Little Fix, Take at That and Ultimate Dua Lipa all staged in huge Big top arena, while an additional dedicated 80s music stage is set in open air garden area with a large licensed bar, deluxe toilets & seated area. The main site will have more licensed bars, various food stalls, chill out zone and a fun fair for all the family.
