The Journey Conference arrives at Grimsby Auditorium for the first time. A groundbreaking, immersive event bringing together experts, lived experience and the wider community to explore the human experience in all its depth and complexity.

This is not a traditional conference. It’s a space to connect, reflect, participate and feel. Whether you work in services, have lived experience, or are simply curious about the mind, body and what shapes us as humans, you are welcome here.

Across the day, you’ll experience:

1. Thought provoking talks from leading voices including Dr Swan Dao, Dr Lisa Cherry, Angie Graham and community experts by experience.
2. Interactive sessions, Q&As, and opportunities to contribute.
3. Movement based activities, including a silent disco experience.
4. Sensory and reflective spaces, including a quiet room.
5. Marketplace stalls showcasing local services and support.
6. A programme shaped around belonging, connection, and shared humanity.

The Journey Conference invites you to explore where healing begins, what shapes our stories, and how we move from the root of pain toward the source of healing. It’s about seeing yourself reflected in others, recognising that lived experience matters and discovering the courage to feel and the power to change.

As a not for profit community interest company, our aim is not to make a profit from this event. Ticket income will be set simply to help cover essential costs, and any surplus will be reinvested in mental health support within our community. True to Cudox’s values, we are committed to eliminating financial barriers wherever possible by offering subsidised or fully funded places to those who could not otherwise attend.
