Call into our Box Office on Cromwell Rd, Grimsby, North East Lincs, DN31 2BH. Venue opening times are as follows:

Sundays & Bank Holidays
Open 1 hour prior to the performance commencing.
Show Nights
Closes 15 minutes after the performance commences.
We accept cash and debit/ credit cards.
No fees at the Box Office.

Group Bookings can only be made via phone or in person at the box office.

Babes in arms
Babes in arms (children under 3 years) shall be admitted free of charge to those shows they may attend (children’s shows and pantomimes only) however children under the age of 18 months will not be admitted to any performance unless they are specifically aimed for them (i.e. children’s shows and pantomimes). Children must be supervised at all times.

Reservation Bookings
You can reserve tickets on most shows through the box office only, which must be paid for within 5 working days. You cannot reserve tickets within 5 days of the show. Unpaid reservations are immediately released for sale when the deadline for payment expires.

Gift vouchers are available to buy from the Box Office.
Payment Method
Tickets can be purchased by Visa, credit/debit card and cheque. Tickets can be purchased with cash at the Grimsby Auditorium Box Office. Certain shows carry a credit/debit charge and you will be informed of this when you are booking your tickets. No cheque guarantee needed. Cheques need 3 weeks to clear.
Posting Your Tickets
Tickets can be collected on the night of the performance or posted in advance :
- £2.50* 2nd class postage.
- £6.50* recorded/special delivery (for music gigs).
- This applies to UK post only
Terms and Conditions of Sale
All tickets are sold according to our terms and conditions.
As issued by head office and on display in the Grimsby Auditorium Box Office. Tickets cannot be refunded. Ticket exchanges can be offered for a per ticket exchange fee. Exchanges will only be accepted for the same production and for the same value or higher on payment of the difference. All exchange requests are subject to availability and must be received at least 48 hours prior to the original performance date. Due to the varying nature of the shows and sets we cannot guarantee an unrestricted view from all seats at all times.
Grimsby Auditorium sells tickets through agencies, we do not accept responsibility for tickets or services purchased via an agency or third party. Agency tickets may be subject to different terms and conditions.
