At the Grimsby Auditorium we are committed to making your visit to our venue both memorable and enjoyable. Our staff are on hand if you require any assistance. There is also a Duty Manager available if you have any problems or comments which may assist in making your future visits as, or more, enjoyable.
Always check your ticket, time and date of show.
Refreshment Facilities
The Auditorium has 2 fully licensed bars, a kiosk, coffee station and in Auditorium retail services including ice cream, and programmes. The bars, kiosk and coffee station will open 1 hour before the performance begins.
Merchandise
If available official merchandise and programmes are sold inside our venue at the merchandise kiosk.
Age Policy
Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Certain productions may have older recommendations which will be clearly marked online and on all marketing material. Please check the information for the show you are attending before purchasing your ticket.
Smoking
The Grimsby Auditorium is a non-smoking venue. Our non-smoking policy includes the use of e-cigarettes. If you wish to smoke, you may immediately outside the venue.
Photography & Videography
No photography or videography allowed in the auditorium as the production sets are copyrighted.
Baby changing facilities
Are located in fully accessible toilets. Please ask a member of the Front of House team if you require assistance.
Strobe Lighting
If Strobe Lighting is going to be used in one of our shows, we will make this clear by displaying posters next to all of the main entrances and exits.
Mobile Phones
All mobile phones must be turned to silent before they enter the auditorium.
Free WiFi
WiFi powered by The Cloud is available in the venue. This is a free service you just need to register an account with The Cloud.
